Error description

• A reorg job generated by Database Control Suite with a CCF step
  to DBR the database goes into a wait because the DD statement
  for the database has DISP=OLD and the database is still
  allocated to the IMS online system.

Problem conclusion

• MODIFY CCF SUPPORT FOR REORG'S, TO CREATE TWO SEPARATE JOBS TO
  BE SUBMITTED CONCURRENTLY.
  MODIFY CCF JCL GENERATION TO INCLUDE DYNAMIC ALLOCATION LIBRARY
  DATA DEFINITION STATEMENT.
