IJ28644: PLUSDBASECRONTASK IS GENERATING WORK ORDERS FOR ASSETS WITH SYNONYM STATUS OF NOT READY

Error description

• Problem
  
  The PlusDBaseCronTask is generating work orders for assets with
  synonym status of Not Ready
  
  
  Steps to Reproduce
  
  Make sure PlusDBaseCronTask is active and schedule is setup .
  
  Make sure the  Property name: mxe.plusd.ignoreNotReadyAssets
  system property Value is set to 1
  
  Go to the Domains application
  Filter for the LOCASSETSTATUS Domain
  Click New Row
  Populate Internal Value field= NOT READY
  Populate Value field= XXXXX
  
  
  Go TO Organizations (T&D) application
  Filter for your Organization
  More Actions> T&D Options > Define Meter Sampling Template
  Create a sampling template with sample size of 2
  Click OK
  More Actions> T&D Options > Define Meter Sampling Group and
  associate the sampling template created above
  Click OK
  
  Go the Meter Assets (T&D) application
  Create 2 rotating assets
  Change status of 1 asset to OPERATING
  Change the status of the 2 asset to synonym Not Ready status of
  XXXXX
  More Actions> > Define Meter Sampling >Select your Sampling
  group and Click on Recalculate Population > Click OK
  More Actions> Generate Meter Sampling Work order>Select your
  Sampling Group
  Populate the work order status field
  Populate the Priority field
  Click on Generate WORK ORDER
  You will receive system message "
  BMXAP0535I - X sampling work orders will be created for sample
  group XXXXX "
  Wait for the crontask to generate work orders
  
  Go to the Work Order Tracking (T&D)
  Filter by sampling group clear the site field
  
  
  Results
  
  2 work orders were created even the 1 with synonym status XXXX
  (Not Ready)
  
  
  Expected Results
  
  There should have only been 1 work order created for the Asset
  that is OPERATING status
