Problem

istoolコマンドを使用してXMLファイルをインポートすると、"Read timed out"のエラーが発生する。
>C:\IBM\InformationServer\Clients\istools\cli\istool.bat glossary import -domain host1:9443 -username isadmin -password isadmin -v -filename "C:\tmp\SAMPLE.xml" -format xml -mergemethod overwrite

Symptom

istoolを起動したマシンの同ツールを起動したユーザーのホームディレクトリのistool_workspace\.metadata\workbench_cli.log内に以下のメッセージが出力されている。

2020-10-09T01:05:28,218 [main] ERROR com.ibm.bg.istools.cli.commands.ImportGlossaryCommandSet - Import failed: Read timed out
java.rmi.RemoteException: Read timed out; nested exception is:
    java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
    at com.ibm.bg.javahttp.JavaHttpGlossaryService.importBytes(JavaHttpGlossaryService.java:56) ~[gov-GlossaryAPIService.jar:1171fp1_b20_0c906983cbf1]
