This interim fix provides a solution for APARs RS02455 and RS02551.

  • Rule Designer
  • Decision Center
  • Rule Execution Server

  • RS02455: NOT OR EXISTS RULE CONDITION GENERATES NON LOCAL BREAK IN SUBROUTINES OF CRE FASTPATH
  • RS02551: DECISION ENGINE IS SLOWER THAN CLASSIC RULE ENGINE IN CASE WHERE XML BINDING IS INVOLVED
