APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In the People application,  Mass Modify Person Availability is
    only applied to the first selected person, not to all of them.
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Go to the People application, perform a query for people
    beginning with BA and calendar/shift of DAY/DAY - the result is
    BALDWIN, BALL, BARRY.
    NOTE: If the Day Calendar ends before the current date, extend
    it to the end of the year and apply the Day Shift to it.
    2. Click on  Modify Person Availability on the More Actions menu
    3. The Modify Person Availability dialog opens with the three
    persons selected in People table window.
    4. Select a single date and click on the Mass Modify button.
    5. Pick a Reason Code such as VAC and click OK.
    RESULTS:
    Highlight each of the rows in th3e People table window in turn
    and
    you will see that the update has only occurred for the first
    person in the list, BALDWIN, and not for BALL or BARRY.  This
    can be seen in the Modify Work Dates section of the dialog.
    You see the modifications for BALDWIN, but there is none for
    BALL or BARRY when they are highlighted.
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    The update has occurred for all 3 people.
