Download Description

IBM Daeja ViewONE is a web client that provides users with a document and image viewer. You can deploy and integrate this viewer into any new or existing Enterprise Content Management system. The viewer displays most standard document and image formats. For more information about V5.0.9, see the IBM Daeja ViewONE, Knowledge Center.

The viewer is a modular product. Some modules are included with the base product while other modules might be available for your use based on your entitlements.

Space requirements

AIX

• Approximately 300 MB of disk space to store the downloadable part.

• 500 MB of temporary space to install the product.

• Approximately 190 MB of space for the installed product.

Linux

• Approximately 300 MB of disk space to store the downloadable part.

• 530 MB of temporary space to install the product.

• Approximately 230 MB of space for the installed product.

Windows

• Approximately 210 MB of disk space to store the downloadable part.

• 400 MB of temporary space to install the product.

• Approximately 190 MB of space for the installed product.

Downloading the product

1. Log in to Fix Central.
2. From the Product Group list, select Enterprise Content Manager.
3. From the Select from Enterprise Content Manager list, select the IBM Daeja ViewONE edition that you want to install. You must have a license for this edition.
4. From the Installed Version list, select version 5.0.8.
5. From the Platform list, select the platform on which you are installing the software and then click Continue.
6. Select Browse for fixes and click Continue.
7. On the Select fixes page, select Version 5.0.9 and click Continue to download the software.

If you selected Windows as the platform, the DAEJA_VIEWONE_5.0.9_WIN_ML.zip file is downloaded.

If you selected AIX, or Linux as the platform, the DAEJA_VIEWONE_5.0.9_UNIX_ML.tar.gz file is downloaded.

Unpack the downloaded file into a single, temporary directory on your system.
