Error description

• The IBM Storage Insights Notification panel and Advisor panel
  do not load and display the data for their events.
  
  When the
  SQL SELECT_CALL_HOME_EVENTS_AND_DETAILS_BASE is invoked, the
  LISTAGG function reports an error due to overflow. This is
  shown in traceWebServer_error.log:
