Error description

• When using a select property with more than 30 entries, the
  selection list is larger than the screen, and there's no
  scrollbar to view all of the values. To replicate, create an
  application template with an application property definition
  with more than 30 allowed values. Then click the Create
  Application from Template button and attempt to use the property
  dropdown.
