Error description

• You setup a CPSM RTA EVALDEF with a modification string for an
  MQMON resource. When that modification is attempted, you
  messages like the following:

  You may also see
  CICS Messages in the target region MSGUSR like the
  following
  
  DFHAP1900 CONA SET MQMONITOR(null)
  MONSTATUS(STARTED) RESP(NOTFND) RESP2(1)
  
  Notice the MQMONITOR
  value is 'null'.
  
  This APAR is being opened to correct the
  problem with this modification string execution failure

  *                      to an MQMON resource though RTA.        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: CMAS regions must be restarted for the fix   *
  *                 to take effect. The restarts do not need to  *
  *                 occur at the same time.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  RTA MAS Resource Monitoring is being used to monitor the state
  of an MQMONITOR resource. The RTA Definition uses an Evaluation
  which specifies a modification string. When the condition is
  evaluated as true, CPSM attempts to execute the modification
  string. The specific resource name is not set. so the
  EXEC CICS SET MONITOR command executed in the MAS region is
  issued without an MQMONITOR resource name.
  The MAS issues msgDFHAP1900 reporting the failure ( NOTFND )
  condition, and showing the missing resource name:
  DFHAP1900 CONL SET MQMONITOR(null) MONSTATUS(STARTED)
  RESP(NOTFND) RESP2(1)
  The CMAS issue message EYUPN0109:
  EYUPN0109E applid Resource modification for Context=RJMPLX0H,
  Target=<MAS>, Resource=MQMON, Key=<NAME>,
  EYUPN0109E applid Evaldef=<EVAL> failed, RESP=0000000D,
  RESP2=00000001, EIBFN=CE24, ATTRIBUTE=N/A.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQMON resource table definition has been updated to correct
  the problem.
