Troubleshooting


Problem

DWC is requiring users to login twice i.e. when you enter you credentials on the login screen for the first time, it acts like it is logging you in but returns back to the login screen and you will need to provide your credentials again.

Symptom

The issue exists for all LDAP users and WIM users including DWC admin user. The double login happens regardless of the browser used. Once logged in and the user logs out and logs back in immediately, there is no double login. However, when the browser is closed and the user opens another browser and tries to log in again, the double log in happens again.
The issue doesn't exist in Websphere Integrated Console.
