In January 2021, you might observe Java security errors that prevent the IBM Tivoli Netcool Configuration Manager user interface from starting.
The cause is that some .jar files are signed with a security certificate that expires in January, 2021.
The fix is to install Netcool Configuration Manager Fix Pack 12, which is intended for release at the end of October 2020, or to contact IBM Support.
