CVEID: CVE-2019-14896
DESCRIPTION: Linux Kernel is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the add_ie_rates function in drivers/net/wireless/marvell/libertas/cfg.c. By sending a specially-crafted beacon packet, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service on the system.
