Troubleshooting
Problem
After applying interim fix 012 (iFix) on IBM Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM), users may experience the following error when creating reports against workItems in Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (IE11):
Error creating the report resource. [Error Found: Object doesn't support property or method 'includes']
Symptom
Steps to reproduce:
- Using Internet Explorer 11, browse to Jazz Reporting Service (JRS) and create a new report
- Select either 'Data Warehouse' or 'Lifecycle Query Engine' as a data source
- Select any CCM project area in the 'Limit the Scope' section
- Select 'Work Item' under the 'Choose an Artifact' section
Result:
The error appears.
The error does not occur on CLM 6.0.6 interim fix 011 and earlier.
