Question
Why do I get the following errors while attempting to install ITCAM for Transactions v7.4 agent, like ISM or RRT agent?
Installation package used:
ITCAM_TRAN7.4.0.1ISM_LNX_AMD64_EN.tar
and
ITCAM_FOR_TRAN_7.4.0.1_RT_LINX_EN.tar
Environment:
RHEL 7.9 64bit Linux x86
Errors encountered:
runGSkit failure: Return error code: 99.
runGSkit failure: GSKit check failure, script: /opt/IBM/ITM/li6243/gs/bin/private_verifyinstall -x.
runGSkit failure: li6243 - GSK check error, verifyInstall test failed.
install.sh failure: Return error code: 4.
