  *                      CQS CQSBROWS SERVICE FAILURE            *
  *                      RC=00000004, RSN=00000128,...           *
  *                      shows when there are no messages        *
  *                      on the queue. The return code = 04      *
  *                      has several reason codes, when no       *
  *                      error should be displayed, only needs   *
  *                      issue the message, that there are no    *
  *                      messages on the specified destination.  *
  *                      CQSBROWS is not a valid function - it   *
  *                      is misspelled in the message - the      *
  *                      valid function is CQSBRWSE.             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  All reason codes are checked to be valid "no message" reason
  codes. No message GJE0300E is issued in cases where the
  rason code indicates that there are no messages.
  Valid function CQSBRWSE is set in message GJE0300E.
  Return and reason codes for CQS services are in the IMS
  SYSTEM PROGRAMMING APIs - after each service: CQSBRWSE,
  CQSCONN, CQSREG, CQSDEREG... The CQS function is displayed
  in the message-the reason and return codes are in the book-
  in the chapter for the function ( service).
  

Problem conclusion

• No error message shows after return code 04, but valid "no
  message" reason code. Return and reason codes in msg  GJE0300E
  for CQS services are to be found in IMS SYSTEM PROGRAMMING APIs.
