  * USERS AFFECTED: All IMS High Performance Image Copy for z/OS *
  *                 Version 4 Release 1 users ( FMID=H1J0410 )   *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: HPIC V4R1 under IMS Database Recovery   *
  *                      Facility has following two problems:    *
  *                      - NOTIFY.IC command fails with          *
  *                        message DSP0204I ( MSGDSP204I ) .     *
  *                        Because HPIC does not correctly       *
  *                        convert the TIMESTAMP Zone offset     *
  *                        value. Then NOTIFY.IC command fails   *
  *                        with using the incorrect TIMESTAMP.   *
  *                                                              *
  *                      - DRF terminates with                   *
  *                        'VOLSER COUNT ERROR' WTO message and  *
  *                        ABEND U0384 (ABENDU0384) .            *
  *                        HPIC returns to DRF with error return *
  *                        code, when a value of VOLSER2 is not  *
  *                        correct even if only primary IC is    *
  *                        requested by DRF.                     *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  HPIC V4R1 under IMS Database Recovery Facility has following two
  problems:
  - NOTIFY.IC command fails with message DSP0204I ( MSGDSP204I ) .
    Because HPIC dose not correctly convert the TIMESTAMP Zone
    offset value. Then NOTIFY.IC command fails with using the
    incorrect TIMESTAMP.
  
  - DRF terminates with 'VOLSER COUNT ERROR' WTO message and
    ABEND ( ABENDU0384 ) .
    HPIC returns to DRF with error return code, when a value of
    VOLSER2 is not correct even if secondary IC is not requested
    by DRF. HPIC should not build the VOLSER2 keyword when only
    primary IC is requested by DRF.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJDRQS has been modified to convert the TIMESTAMP offset value
  correctly.
  
  FABJINT3 has been modified not to build the VOLSER2 keyword when
  only primary IC requested by DRF and not to issue 'VOLSER COUNT
  ERROR' WTO message.
