  Overall Improvements
  -Fixed potential layout errors with various lists in Firefox
   browser.
  -Change some wording related to the IMS Catalog.
  -Added more trace support to backend functions.
  
  IMS SPUFI
  -Now displays DBD EXTERNAlNAME for each segment if defined.
  -Decimal Point Option moved from a SQL statement characteristic
   to an output formatting characteristic.
  
  IMS Catalog/ACB Management
  -Stop allocating unnecessary dataset during Import.
  
  DB APPL and Admin
  - Remove the IMS&LPAR restrictions from IMS Catalog/ACB
    Management.
  - Catalog/ACB Management can work when the IMS CTL region is
    active on the same LPAR or the IMS CTL is not active on any
    LPAR.
  - Catalog/ACB Management cannot work when the IMS CTL region is
    active on a different LPAR.
  - Improved error handling for resource generation.
