Error description

• Abend S001 occurs when Administration Tool fails to generate
  DBD under the Import or the IMS resource change function.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  When Administration Tool fails to generate DBD in the Import
  or the IMS resource change function, Administration Tool
  attempts to open the DBDPRINT DD SYSOUT= using the input
  option. As the result, Abend S001 occurs.
  

Problem conclusion

• Administration Tool is changed not to open the DBDPRINT,
  PSBPRINT, and LNKPRINT DD statements if SYSOUT= is specified
  to the DD statements.
