Error description

  • When an ACBGEN using LIU Advanced ACB Gen is followed by a
compare with the affected ACBLIBs in 3 separate steps; the last
step abends with an S0C4-11 in module FABLACT8. The compare is
done using LIU FABLCOMP. The first 2 compares are OK.

ACB Compare abends while comparing two DMBs which have different
numbers of the FIELD statements and the XDFLD statements,
because the FIELD statement of one DMB is treated as a XDFLD
statement incorrectly.

Problem conclusion

  • The FABLDMBx (x=5,6,7,8,9) modules are modified not to compare
information about the XDFLD statement and information about
the FIELD statement when the numbers of the FIELD statements
of two DMBs are different.
