    (1) Incorrect values in flat records

When a HISTORY data set with MULTIIMSID=YES option is used in
Export Utility, Export Utility writes incorrect values into
the following fields in flat records.

      - DSGID (Data set Group identifier)
      - DSGIDCHR (Data set Group identifier in character
                          format)
      - AVDBREC (Average database record length)
      - NO_OF_ROTNOHOM (The number of root segment occurrences in
                          blocks other than HOME block)

    (2) New format of segment hierarchical level in flat records

Character format is supported in a field of a segment
hierarchical level in flat records. The field name of a
segment hierarchical level in flat records is SEGLVL.
