Error description

• INDEX COMPLETION CODE=794
  NUM OF RECORDS MISMATCH: SECONDARY INDEX
  is received sporadically.  The report shows number of records
  rejected double what it should be.  The error occurs when the
  2nd SCAN SAS starts after the 1st one ended.  The counter in
  each SAS should be initialized.
