APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• We have installed maintenance for LIU up to RSU0804 for the LIU
  product.
  When running a Advanced ACB Generator with a BUILD PSB=ALL,
  there is no error.
  If you specify only one DBD with BUILD DBD=Databasename, then
  the result is a S013-60 abend.

  *                      'BUILD PSB=ALL' ends with ABEND013-60.  *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  When Advanced ACBGEN utility processing ACB library that is
  allocated with neither 0 nor 256 as LRECL value, running
  'BUILD' or 'DELETE' statement except 'BUILD PSB=ALL' ends
  with an abend code of S013-60.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module FABQDIRX and FABQMVSX are modified to obtain LRECL
  value of ACB library, and use correct LRECL value to open ACB
  library.
