Error description

• Sort message WER999A UNSUCCESSFUL SORT received, but Index
  Builder ends with RC=0.  Index Builder should return an
  appropriate return code.

  When an index was not built due to an internal failure,
  Index Builder return code processing was incorrect.
  

Problem conclusion
