Error description
When HD Pointer Checker runs in DRF and it processes a hundred database data sets in one DRF SAS (Subordinate Address Space), HD Pointer Checker issues FABP4031E ALESERV ADD FAILED. DSPNAME: FABP0023 RC=0C message and ended with ABEND4031. To temporary work around this problem, specify two or more DRF SAS to process the database data sets.

Therefore, HDPC issues MSGFABP4031E and ends with ABENDU4031.
Problem conclusion
