"Filter by" drop-down list is read-only and shows User/Custodian

Troubleshooting


Problem

After changing the default value of "Filter by" drop-down list as shown in the technote below, the default value is still "User/Custodian" and it is read-only in Select Asset dialog in Service Requests, Incidents, and Problems applications.
