Error description

• In the Graphical Scheduling Application, Start of the Week
  divider should be displayed as per the values set in the User
  Locale Settings.
  Start of the week divider should be according
  to the value at User Locale settings.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1)
  Go to Planning & Scheduling, Graphical Scheduling
  Application
  2) Open any Schedule, Under Schedule Tab, Navigate
  to More Information and Set Start Week Day: Monday; Save
  3)
  Switch to Graphical View Tab and Observe the Week end-start
  Divider
  
  RESULT:
  The divider is pointing the End of Week and
  Start of week as Saturday and Sunday respectively
  
  EXPEDTED
  RESULT:
  The divider should point the End of Week and Start of
  week as Sunday and Monday respectively.
