Error description
Problem Description: Users that have access to multiple sites see the lag or latency when compounded as the result sets become larger and images exist on records. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Creating New Inspection Form - 1. In the Manage Inspection Forms tool, click Create Form. 2. Enter a name for the form. 3. Enter a form type. For example, select condition assessment. 4. Click Form Instructions to add any specific instructions for inspectors to the inspection form. 5. Click Save. 6. Click Add Question. In the Question field, enter the question to the inspection form. 7. From the Response Fields menu, choose the type of response for the inspector to record for that question. 8. If required, set Required to Yes. 9. Enter an example of the response for the inspectors to reference. 10. Choose multiple options from the Response Fields menu for a single question. For example, select Meter Readings to give the inspector a location to record the odometer reading. 11. Add more questions to the form. (Estimated 200+ questions) 12. When finished adding the response fields for the question, click Done. 13. Click Save to save the inspection form. 14. Change the status of the form to Active. In the Inspection Form Library, click the Draft switch to activate the form. 15. In the Manage Inspection Forms tool, in the Inspection Form Library, select the inspection form that is to be revised. 16. On the Revision History page, click Create Revision. 17. The new revision line appears in the revision list. Click the pencil icon for the revision line that requires to be edited. 18. View the latency load time Results: There is a latency load time Expected Results: Improvement on load times for revising / adding / viewing Inspection Forms - Load times considerably faster REPORTED IN VERSION: Work Center 7.6.0.4 on TPAE 7.6.1.1
