Error description
This occurs when the following conditions are fullfilled: the outout dataset for the unloaded data is allocated through a TEMPLATE statement that specifies DSNTYPE LIBRARY and no DIR option AND either of the following conditions are true: - Db2 HPU cannot estimate the amount of data to be unloaded which can only occur when Db2 HPU uses the SQL mode and either Db2 HPU cannot determine that only one table space is involved in the unload - or DB2 FORCE is specified In such a situation (i.e. the DIR option is not specified for a LIBRARY), the DIR attribute that is actually not exploited by the system (except for further conversion of the PDSE (i.e. LIBRARY) into a PDS dataset) but required for the dynamic allocation of the PDSE anyway should be set to 1.
Local fix
specify DIR 1 in, the TEMPLATE statement.
