Problem

Secret Server RDP Launcher shows "encoding video error"
Issue:
Rarely when a user logs on they get presented with a systray warning that "Secret Server Launcher:  Failed to send data to Secret Server. They may be issues with the encoding video".

There was no actual issue here. The video was fine....
Problem:
1) We expect video to be always working, and its worse when the customer knows directly that there is an issue.
2) There is no evidence I can find on the server side to indicate that this message was presented to the customer or that there is an issue.
Can the behavior of the client be changed?
Suppress this error to clients?
Log this event to secret server centrally?
Deny access if video recording is not 100%?
