  Introducing an new optional component called System Automation
  Operations REST server:
  This provides a RESTful API for many operations tasks that can
  be used to integrate SA operations into other products.
  This API has been designed especially for handling the creation,
  operation and deletion of dynamic resources.
  Samples are provided how to integrate with Zowe and/or Ansible
  automation.
  Details on how to use this API are provided as OASv3 document
  and optionally can be browsed and experimented with by an
  embedded Swagger-UI which is also provided by this component.
  
  Dynamic resources:
  AOCCLONEs and system symbols used in dynamic resource templates
  are now substituted at resource creation time rather than
  during configuration load.
  USS resources can now be dynamically created.
  
  Runmode report:
  A new Runmodes Report is introduced that allows users to create
  a specific tailored report about runmodes and runtokens.
  It avoids cumbersome search in an enterprise-wide flat file or
  HTML report.
  
  Feedback parameter (FDBK) and communication between Z WS and
  Z SA is more granular now:
  The startup/shutdown operation of an application group will now
  report back success if their Compound status is SATISFACTORY
  due to the Status Determination Flag CSONLY=YES setting.
  Subsequently, Z WS operations starting/stopping application
  groups are no longer blocked and do not require manual
  interaction to continue.
  The FDBK parameter has been enabled in the INGGROUP command for
  application groups (model 2).
  
  Function level:
  Introduction of the FUNCTIONLEVEL-parameter for both, the
  Automation Manager HSAPRMxx parameter member and the Automation
  Agent's INGXINIT initialization member.
  The intention of this parameter is to ease migration from
  one release to another.
