Troubleshooting
Problem
When simultaneously processing multiple documents other than PDFs through IBM Business Automation Content Analyzer (ACA), processing fails with an Uncaught Exception error. The error can occur with multiple tiffs, jpgs, pngs, docs, ppts, or any format other than PDF. The backend log contains:
