Troubleshooting
Problem
Testing a Microsoft Analysis Service 2019 data server connection or trying to list available cubes in IBM Cognos Analytics 11.1.7, the following errors are displayed:
Caught error in V5QueryHandler: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\analytics\bin64\ODBOBridge.dll: Can't find dependent libraries
Or
XQE-PLN-0001 Internal error. The query could not be planned by the query service:
Could not initialize class com.cognos.xqe.data.providers.olap.odbo.ODBODataProvider
Symptom
