  • PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
    
    the access token that gets generated is
    larger than the 1024 characters configured out of the box on
    the INBOUNDCOMMCFG.OAUTHACCESSTOKEN attribute. We're seeing
    token sizes around 1800 characters.

    This is causing the process to generate
    the access token from the refresh token to generate an error
    because it exceeds the length.
