DESCRIPTION: IBM WebSphere Application Server Liberty running oauth-2.0 or openidConnectServer-1.0 server features is vulnerable to a denial of service attack conducted by an authenticated client.

The recommended solution is to apply the interim fix or Fix Pack containing APAR PH29368 for each named product as soon as practical.
For WebSphere Application Server Liberty 188.8.131.52 - 184.108.40.206 using the oauth-2.0 or openidConnectServer-1.0 features:
· Upgrade to minimal fix pack levels as required by interim fix and then apply Interim Fix PH29368
· Apply Liberty Fix Pack 220.127.116.11 or later (targeted availability 4Q2020).
