Troubleshooting
Problem
When you are working at the GUI, if you navigate to the page intended to collect the IBM Guardium MustGather and other diagnostics information ("Manage > Maintenance > Support Information Results"), an error message is displayed:
There has been an Error. Please Contact your System Administrator
Symptom
An error message is displayed when opening the "Manage > Maintenance > Support Information Results" of the GUI.
The error might be presented in two different ways, depending on the Web browser in use.
1) Most typical error page (sample generated by using Microsoft™ Edge and Mozilla Firefox).

2) Variant of the same issue (sample generated by using Microsoft™ Internet Explorer v11).
