IBM Support

Unable to retrieve joblog from an FTA in sub domain

Troubleshooting

Problem

Trying to view the FTA joblog however failed with an error.

Symptom

Both conman on MDM and DWC retrieval of joblog failed with the following error:
AWSBHU076E Conman cannot process the issued command. The following error occurred: AWSDEB007I Connecting socket: (errno=62)
The FTA where job ran is under another domain rather than MASTERDM.
There are firewalls between MDM, DM and FTA, the ports are opened and FTA is linked correctly seen from both MDM and DM.
FTA NETMAN.log shows the following error:
10:33:51 09.09.2020|NETMAN:+ AWSEDW022E An internal error has occurred. Netman encountered an IPC error when waiting for a service request to arrive or when reading a service request, from the following port: 31111. The error message is as follows: AWSDEB014I Connection timed out
