Problem
IBM Cloud Pak® for Applications 4.1.0 does not get deployed with IBM Cloud Pak® for Applications accelerator 4.1.0 on OpenShift Container Platform 4.3 cluster.
This accelerator version deploys IBM Cloud Pak® for Applications on Red Hat OpenShift 4.3.1.0, which uses code-ready workspace 2.2 from the latest channel. However, Red Hat released 2.3 of code-ready workspace to the latest channel, which is not supported by OpenShift Container Platform 4.3.1 any longer. It causes the IBM Cloud Pak® for Applications installation to fail.
Symptom
The following message is displayed on the history section of the accelerator instance:
Please install CP4Apps manually.
