  • ERROR DESCRIPTION:
    we are not able to access the Maximo
    Application after applying Fixpack 7611 in token licensing env
    
    
    PROBLEM:
    unable to login
    
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE:

    STEPS TO
    REPRODUCE:
    upgrade 7.6.1.0 to 7.6.1.1 will duplicate
    issue
    
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    to be able to login after
    upgrade
    
    ADDITIONAL INFO:
    Prior to upgrade, all application
    were requesting token license feature Maximo-Trans. After
    upgrade some applications are requesting a different license
    feature Maximo-Trans-AO (customer not entitled for this
    feature)
