PI94401: YARN INTEGRATION WITH BIGSQL 5.0.2 FAILING

Error description

• When Yarn/Slider is enabled bigsql sets up yarn config to use
  linux container executor & cgroups and that needs special
  mounts for cpu,cpuacct in all nodes where nodemanagers exists.
  if machine reboots after enablement , the one that booted needs
  to restart worker (mount happens then) or needs to restart
  bigsql (mount will happen in all workers ). If user does not
  take an action that node manager on that node will stop. The
  script in question that handles all of this also deals with
  some cleanups. In multi disk env, the mounts will be done under
  each yarn local dirs.
