Troubleshooting
Problem
User clicks "Group - Reports - Currency Translation". User chooses parameters and runs a 'Currency Translation Report'. On the far right-hand side, the rates are shown. These look incorrect.
Because the rates are incorrect, other reports show incorrectly-calculated values.
Symptom
For example, the rates appear to have been rounded down to the lower integer value (correct to 3 decimal places).
Example:
- Correct value = 8.765
- Incorrect (bad) rounded-down value = 8.000
