CAM-CRP-1095 error when starting Cognos services after updating an expired SSL certificate

Problem


A new third party certificate was imported successfully but when starting the cognos services from cognos configuration
the error "CAM-CRP-1095 Unable to find the encryption certificate" occurs. (see the attached file).
