Troubleshooting
Problem
A user or system administrator runs an audit report against the Audit database configured on Oracle®. An "ORA-12704 Character set mismatch" error is returned. The Cognos® Analytics environment has been upgraded from 11.0.x to 11.1.5.
Symptom
Audit reports fail to run and "ORA-12704 Character set mismatch" is returned as the error from the Oracle® database.
