Troubleshooting
Problem
After you configure IBM Cognos Analytics with IBM HTTP Server v9 and you try to start the webserver, you receive the following error :
httpd: Syntax error on line 848 of /opt/IBM/HTTPServer/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 17 of /opt/IBM/HTTPServer/conf/cognos.conf: Cannot load modules/mod_proxy_wstunnel.so into server: /opt/IBM/HTTPServer/modules/mod_proxy_wstunnel.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
