APAR status

Error description

  • The Advisor tab in Storage Insights is able to show events
    associated with the storage devices. For a particular A9000,
    the following event is received and displayed every 3-4 weeks,
    although there have been no changes in the Proactive Support
    status for the device. In fact, Proactive Support is enabled in
    Hyper-Scale Manager (HSM).

    As a side note, the received event is
    automatically acknowledged by Storage Insights, indicating that
    it has a closed status. This means that the condition of the
    event is resolved and Proactive Support is enabled in HSM. This
    event can be ignored until a fix is provided.
