Error description

  • DB2 Admin Tool: Errors are received when using the DDL command.
The DDL is returned successfully.

Error:

Call to stored procedure ADMIN_INFO_SYSPARM failed.
  SQL code = 000
DSNT400I SQLCODE = 000, SUCCESSFUL EXECUTION

The failure occurs because the user lacks MONITOR1 authority.

Note, This can also cause the ADBEDIAG REPORT to fail.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When attempting to generate DDL, Db2    *
*                      Admin Tool returns the following        *
*                      message:                                *
*                      ADMIN_INFO_SYSPARM failed. SQL code     *
*                      = 000                                   *
****************************************************************
When processing the DDL, the GEN function tries to call
SYSPROC.ADMIN_INFO_SYSPARM. If the user does not have the
MONITOR1 privilege, these extraneous messages are displayed.
These messages should be processed silently.
