Have set LSF_UNIT_FOR_LIMITS=MB, but "bjobs -l jobid" showed the MEM in Gbytes unit, not Mbytes set in lsf.conf bjobs -l jobid|grep MEM MEM: 5.5 Gbytes; SWAP: 1.1 Gbytes; NTHREAD: 14 MEMORY USAGE: MAX MEM: 5.5 Gbytes; AVG MEM: 5.5 Gbytes
