Symphony 7.2 introduced a new feature: Cloud Burst. You read the document and found the cloud burst scaling policy is based on "desired_task_complete_duration" - Required. Duration in which all tasks must complete (in minutes). But if the tasks running time is varies even within same session due to input data. How does Cloud Burst determine task complete duration?
