What is pend_time in grid_jobs_finished table or pending time in RTM and what is its unit in db ?
Answer
The Pending time/pend_time is defined as the difference in time between the time job was dispatched for execution and its submission time. Pending Time = Execution Time - Submission Time where, Execution Time is defined as the time the job state first changes from PEND to RUN, and Submission Time is defined as the time when the job was submitted to LSF via the bsub command.
In the database, it's defined in seconds and in GUI, mostly in minutes.
