Problem
In Data Risk Manager's Dashboard, uploading the .csv file from the business context returns error message "Operation Failed" when attempting to save settings.
Symptom
In Data Risk Manager's Dashboard, after uploading the .csv file from the business context, with the information from the Database, Application, and Process in the Organization tab, returns error message "Operation Failed" when attempting to save settings.
