Troubleshooting
Problem
When a system administrator accesses Manage > People > Accounts in the Glass UI or Administration > Security in the legacy UI, the built-in Cognos namespace and all configured external namespaces are displayed. The built-in Cognos namespace has a hyperlink, which can be clicked to see the details of the roles and members. The external namespace that the system administrator signs in to Cognos® Analytics with also has an active hyperlink that works to display the namespace users and groups. However, the other namespaces don't have an active hyperlink available.
Symptom
The Cognos® Analytics system administrator can view only the contents of the built-in Cognos namespace and the external namespace that they use credentials for to sign in to Cognos® Analytics.
